UPDATE | 24 Nov 2015 I trimmed the cookie cutter walls down to size, making them less imposing. If you'd like a wider design, you can try the old .stl file. My main objective was to craft a sturdy cross with prominent extensions. I succeeded in designing just that. Printer Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 mm Infill: 10% Notes: I used Cura for the slicer. Print Speed: 60mm/s Brim: Yes, but only if you need it to prevent warping. How I Made This Design This project came to life in FreeCAD.
