Hello, I designed this counterweight for the Eq-1 mount, but it also fits the counterweight bar of the Takahashi Teegul. I recommend using a height of .2 and a padding of at least 40%. The screw it holds is 1/4" and can be filled with whatever you want it to weigh, although I recommend ball bearings. To seal it once the pellets no longer move (I recommend placing cyanoacrylate on them after compacting them to fix them more) you can seal them with heat or in my case with cyanoacrylate or some strong glue. regards
