BIG Bobby Car axle spare part / Achse Ersatzteil

We discovered a Bobby Car missing its axle, making it unusable. I decided to print a spare part instead. Since I have another Bobby Car from my daughter here, designing this replacement was relatively easy. This design is not an exact copy of the original; rather, it's been optimized for ease of printing with minimal supports required (the original has open areas at the bottom with struts for added stability). These supports are only necessary in the recess where screws are mounted (see pictures). I attached three files: two used to create and optimize dimensions and print settings without having to print the entire part, and a third being the full version. My printed spare part fits perfectly and seems very stable. Here are my printing settings: Layer thickness 0.3mm (0.4 nozzle) Wall lines 3 Number of top layers 4 Number of bottom layers 4 Filling 30% Speed 100mm/s Supports yes The printed part has a large contact area, so no additional adhesive is needed.
