This model is based on the Big Bang cannons from Conestoga Company (www.bigbangcannons.com) To make this work you will need to order a breech block and Bangsite calcium carbide fuel from their website: -Breech block: https://www.bigbangcannons.com/Products/Parts/BreechBlockampIgnitor/5BBBreechBlockComplete -Bangsite fuel/ammo: https://www.bigbangcannons.com/Products/Ammo/Bangsite These cannons work by adding about 1 to 1.5 fl oz of water to the cannon reservoir and then using the scoop on the breech block to add the Bangsite fuel to the water. Use the little cup on the right side of the cannon to hold your Bangsite for easy loading. Bangsite is crushed calcium carbide rock that when added to water results in a chemical reaction producing acetylene gas. Press the ignitor on the breech block to create a spark and BOOM, you have a safe and loud working cannon. The original cannons are made from cast iron, your cannon will be 3D printed plastic so be smart and wear eye protection, gloves, etc. to be safe just in case of the failure of your plastic cannon.
