Big Bad Headphone Volume Knob

Big Bad Headphone Volume Knob

I was annoyed by the quality of the default volume knobs on headphones. They keep losing contact, getting dust in them, and the volume doesn't change smoothly. So I got myself one of those bigger potentiometers and made a cool design to house it! When looking for a potentiometer make sure it is stereo and the right resistance. 1K is common for headphones. This uses three M3 screws. If you wish, you can wrap the wire around the screw to prevent it from tugging on the contacts. If you wired the potentiometer the wrong way (inverted), there's no need to rewire it, you can just mirror the model and print it again!
