Big Agnes Double Z Pumphouse Adaptor

The Big Agnes Pumphouse delivers results for all BA inflatable mats except the Double Z series. BA fails to provide a pump solution beyond lung power, an injustice that could not be left unaddressed. To rectify this situation, I engineered an adaptor. This threaded adaptor screws onto the one-way valve of the Double Z and offers a flanged barrel for securing both Pumphouse bungies. It bottoms out on the rubber gasket to ensure a tight seal. Testing yielded zero leaks during pumping. Print Settings Printer Brand: Formlabs Printer: Form 1 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.05 Infill: 100% Notes: I printed this on a Formlabs 1+ to achieve high resolution on the threads, but see no reason why it wouldn't work on any FDM printer running 0.1 to 0.15mm layers. Post-Printing Routine post-processing procedures were followed. How I Designed This Autodesk Inventor was used for design purposes.
