Bifold Wallet

Bifold Wallet

A bifold wallet designed specifically for flexible filament was created. My version was printed using NinjaFlex SemiFlex, but other filaments might work just as well.\nThis custom wallet functions exactly like a traditional bifold wallet and features space for bills, four horizontal slots for credit cards (each slot can hold at least two cards), and two vertical slots for scraps of paper or lesser-used cards.\nUPDATE 2-11-2016\nA version with rounded corners was added so it isn't as sharp in your pocket.\n \n \n Custom Section\nPrint Settings and Instructions\n All the wall thicknesses are in increments of 1mm, so for the best print I recommend using a 0.5mm nozzle (or one close to it) and telling your slicer that you are using 0.5mm. This way, all the walls will come out as two shells. Set your infill to 100%, although there will be very little that isn't a "shell".\nYou don't need any support at all, but I recommend using a "brim" if your slicer supports it. I also suggest setting your slicer to stay within the confines of the print during jumps, as cleaning up thousands of elastic strings is not a pleasurable experience for most.
