I'm Installing A Bidet On My Toilet With A Quick Release Seat. It Can Be Used As Regular Seat But The Frame Will Be Loose. I Needed To Get A Couple Of Things From The Hardware Store Which Cost Me Around $15. I Won't Mention The Exact Parts Used Here, But Will Give You That Info If Asked. A 0.25" Tube Is Required - A Couple Of Feet Long, This Tube Is Usually For Most Water Filters, And Its Length May Vary Depending On Toilet Placement. A 3/8" Or 1/2" T Valve Adapter Along With A .25" 3rd Port (For Example, Straight Line From 3/8 To 3/8 Or 1/2 To 1/2) Is Also Needed. The Valve Is For The 1/4", And The 1/2 To 1/2 Is A Pass-Thru. A 3/8" Or 1/2" Line Is Required - This Could Be Either, So Make Sure You Check Before Buying. Its Length Is Variable Depending On Your Commode's Configuration. 24" Should Do It. The 3/8 Or 1/2" Hose Goes From The Stub To The Adapter, And The Hose To The Tank Goes From The Adapter To The Tank. The 'T' 0.25" Takes The Water Filter Tube (0.25") To The Back Of The Bidet. Work It Around Until It's About 1" In The Hole. Use Ties To Fix The T Valve To The Clip And Snap Onto Toilet Brim. I'm Debating Adding An Arm Like Commercial Bidets Have, But Many Comments Say Those End Up Broken And The Support Needed Cracks The Seat. To Install It, Remove The Seat And Put The Mount Down With The Nozzle Down In The Bowl And The Frame Flat. Lock Down The Seat Inside The Frame. Use Zip Ties Or Whatever To Fix The T To The Clip (Modified Design From Thingiverse) And Snap It Onto The Bowl In A Place You Can Easily Reach To Turn The Valve. If Needed: Collet Clip For The 0.25" Outlet On The T Adapter (You Can Print This Yourself, Just Look For 1.75mm Collet Clip-Or Check Out Thingiverse For This Part). Glue Or Caulk - You Can Fit The 0.25" Tube Very Well Into The Back Of The Bidet, But Water Always Finds A Way Out. So, My Latest Model Leaks Very Little, But Leaks. I'm Not Sure If I Want To Glue It Or Caulk It. Found That I Just Didn't Get It Far Enough In. If You Hold The Tube At 90deg In One Hand And Screw The Bidet On Until It's At Least 1" In There Is No Leak. No Guarantee That'll Work 100%. The Second File Is A Clip Used To Tie The Valve To The Side Of The Toilet... Might Build That Into The Base Later. Zip Ties Are What I'll Use Once I'm Done, For Now Just Bread Ties. Angle Is Good. Small Leak From The Back End (Fixed For Me - As Noted You Might Have A Slightly Larger Or Smaller Tube/Print Accuracy). This Was Expected And No Printing Fix For It. Just Need Some Glue If Screwing It In Doesn't Work.
