To attach an affordable flashlight to your bike's handlebar. The handlebar grip is secured by a screw, while the flashlight simply clicks into place in its socket, making mounting or removing it a breeze that takes just one second. The holder is engineered to be robust and won't delaminate easily. Using ABS plastic is recommended due to its flexibility. To ensure optimal strength, print with 100% infill. Both the handlebar and flashlight have a diameter of 25mm in my setup. You'll need a few essential parts: a 25mm M3 screw for the pivot point and a longer 35mm M3 screw for securing it to the handlebar. The flashlight I'm using is powered by an 18650 or three AAA batteries, features an adjustable reflector with a CREE LED, and can be easily sourced from online marketplaces like eBay or Aliexpress at an affordable price.
