Bicycle wheel truing stand remix for fatbike rim

This is a remix of the great design from @Hardy, thanks for the creative vision. I needed to adapt the original concept to fit my 80mm fatbike rim.\r\n\r\nChanges:\r\n- Enlarged the gears to 52.5mm and introduced a new variable called rimgrabber_gear_d\r\n- Extended grabber arms\r\n- Altered M8 nut diameter to 12mm, as M8 nuts in Finland are smaller than the original 13mm size\r\n- Made assorted modifications to the OpenSCAD source code for better readability
