Bicycle Wheel Truing Stand
thingiverse
These are the main components of a bicycle wheel truing stand. You'll need threaded rod, nuts, and uprights (either steel or wood posts) to complete the build. The total cost should be about $10, and assembly is easy. There are several versions of each component available, allowing for different size wheel hubs (front, road rear, mountain rear), mounting it to a vise/table using 3/4", 1", or 1.5" thick material, using HST steel or solid uprights, and tapping the hole for the indicator rod, or using a nut instead. Take a look at the latest revisions too, as there may have been updates/improvements/reorganizing done since then.
