Bicycle water bottle cage with zip-tie attachment

This is a water bottle holder designed specifically for attachment to bicycles without bottle cage screws or where attaching to a tube is desired. I strongly advise using ABS as the material of choice. The holder prints in three separate parts which must be assembled using glue, although a super-strong bond is not strictly necessary. In my case, I opted for ABS juice to facilitate the bonding process. To enhance stability, I also cut out a section from an inner tube and applied hot glue to the base of the strap piece, securely fastening it to the bike. Printing without supports was achievable in this design. The dimensions are fully customizable, allowing users to tailor the holder to their specific needs. My intention was to create a holder for our local store's disposable water bottles, which I often refill and fit comfortably in my pocket. To ensure proper fitment, the lower holder should be snugly fitting, while the upper holder should be smaller than the bottle's upper diameter. The cinch parameter controls the degree of reduction in size. Due to its expanding nature when securing a bottle, it is recommended that the upper holder be constructed from thicker plastic.
