This allows the use Ibera PakRak trunk bags on a Thule Pack 'n Pedal Tour rack. Easy updatable to other bicycle racks sized for MTB frames. The issue this solves is the the only rack system and adapters are only available for skinny tire rigid bikes which use skinny racks. Rear racks on full suspension bikes are wider and bulkier to enable mounting onto the "seat stays" of rear triangle. This adapter enable the use of the Ibera adapter without modification (drilling and cutting) of the Thule rack.
