One wheel trailer design for 3/4" square tubing with 25"L X 18"W X 9"H cargo dimensions. This project requires cutting, welding, and minimal lathe work. Designed around 700c wheels with clearance for 40mm width. Should work with most 26" wheels, but may need minor modification.This design can work with BOB quick-release, but will need to change dropout from 5/8" clearance to 1/2" clearance. Use a 150mm SST M5 locking skewer, found on Amazon and at many bicycle retailers. M5 tapped holes on the bottom to secure a custom floor, whether aluminum slats, tread plate, fabric, tarp, etc.Total weight should be under 20lbs using .065" wall tube. Use .049" wall to save weight. Hardware, bushings, spring, and magnet spec'd with McMaster part numbers. Trailer wheel is a 16" front wheel with 100mm axle spacing.A great project for a FabLight Tube and Sheet (www.3dfablight.com).
