Bicycle Tire Valve Security Cap

Bicycle Tire Valve Security Cap

My son's bicycle rear tire was mysteriously going flat, despite multiple repair attempts. The solution came after installing a downloadable STL file designed for Schrader tire valves. It's hoped that the OpenSCAD script can be used to create caps for other valve types as well. This cap requires a M3 bolt (with at least 10mm of thread) and corresponding nut, along with a couple of washers. An optional zip tie can be used to secure the cap to a spoke, preventing unauthorized removal. However, attempting removal without the correct tools may damage the tire, valve, or spokes - proceed at your own risk, as required tools will vary depending on the screw/bolt type and zip tie removal is necessary.
