UPDATE: This latest version of the mount has proven to be much more reliable than its predecessor. The integrated spring within the print has held up exceptionally well so far, making it a worthwhile replacement for anyone who downloaded v2 earlier. I've had two such mounts now, and the first one consisted of separate pieces that required gluing together, relying solely on friction to stay in place. In contrast, this new version prints as a single piece, with support highly recommended - Slic3r's built-in support features work particularly well on this part. Additionally, a subtle bump has been incorporated into the design, ensuring a secure engagement within the retention groove of the taillight.
