Handlebar holder for bicycle, motorcycle or scooter for cell phone. Easy to install on any handlebar, thanks to the different sizes of the clamping flange. Can be rotated for horizontal display. The materials used in this case have been; Colorfabb XT-CF20 for the body and flange, and PLA for the clamping nuts. It has also been made complete in PLA with the same results. Even so it is recommended to use quality materials: PET-G, ABS, or superior materials in resistance and impact. For mobiles between 72mm and 85mm wide. Available inner flange sizes are: 23mm, 25mm, 27mm, 30mm, 32mm. If anyone needs a different size make a comment and I'll post it. Materials needed. 1 Hexagonal screw 5 x 60 mm. 1 Hexagonal screw 5 x 20 mm. 1 hexagon socket head cap screw 3 x 15 mm. 1 hexagon socket head cap screw 4 x 20 mm. 2 Screws 5 x 80 mm half threaded and half plain. 2 Nuts 5 mm. 1 Self-locking nut 4 mm. 1 Self-locking nut 3 mm. Roll of electrician's vulcanizing tape or similar. Assembly. Assembly is very simple, but there are several points to keep in mind. From the 5 x 80 mm screws, the two ends will be cut off, leaving 30 mm of the smooth side and 15 mm of the threaded side. These screws shall be threaded into the right half of the bracket. The smooth parts of the two screws will act as guides for the left side of the bracket to slide. The vulcanizing tape is used as a pad, to insert between the clamp and the handlebar. Due to its rubbery properties, it holds the bracket much better so that the bracket does not rotate and prevents over-tightening, which could damage or break the flange. Mounted 4 brackets on 4 bikes since 2 months of this release and they have not shown any breakage or wear. I still recommend the use of good materials. However the designer is not responsible for any problems or breakage this bracket may cause to your handlebars, your mobiles or other components.
