This spoke tension meter is based on a design from DT swiss. Note: as long as this tool is not calibrated, only comparison measurements can be done, no absolute spoke tension is measured. Features:Set screw allows to adapt the spring forcetool-less mounting of the dial indicatorIf M5 version used: no slipping of the spokeThere are two versions, in the M4 version the two outer hex socket screws that grab the spoke are M4, no modification of screw head needed. For additional comfort, use M5 version and use a lathe to carve the M5 head a concave shape with diameter 7mm (M4 head diameter). After printing the grip, remove the included support in the dial clamp with a sharp knive.Knob assembly: heat up the M5 screw with the hex head, then press it into the knob. This will hold it tight once cooled.
