A spoke ruler is an essential tool for a bike mechanic or wheel builder. Having the right length spokes is important to a fresh build, or replacing broken spokes. This is loosely based on my DT Swiss spoke ruler and just fits on a Prusa 250x200mm print bed and covers the range of spokes you're most likely to see. It measures the length, and has clearance notches to measure the most common spoke diameters. Print instructionsThis just fits on a 250x220mm print bed, but you have to rotate it 40 degrees and turn off any skirt or brim. I also adjusted Infill/Fill Angle to 0 degrees which makes the infill close to the normal 45 degree since the part is rotated. I've included the SVG of the ruler portion which needs to be printed on paper to scale. I looked at creating the marks with the printer and a two color print, and the marks worked, but I couldn't do the text small enough and still have it legible. The paper print can be glued into place and works well, but I can't upload the PDFs that make printing it to size easy.
