I designed this series of bicycle saddles as a rapid design experiment to explore how various constraints like weight reduction and texturing could be represented through different geometries. These prototypes are still far from being usable components but they offer an intriguing example of the possibilities that arise from quick iteration cycles. As I continued refining my designs, I incorporated more details based on insights gleaned from printed parts. If you have any observations or suggestions, feel free to share them with me.
