Bicycle rollers are a unique indoor cycling solution, as they enable riders to pedal without moving forward. Unique in design, these trainers don't attach to the bicycle frame and require balance from the rider. Comprising three cylindrical "rollers" (two for the rear wheel and one for the front), bicycles ride on top of them. A belt links one rear roller to the front, causing the front wheel to spin when cycling. Rollers' spacing can be adjusted according to the bike's wheelbase.
