Bicycle Rear Fender

Bicycle Rear Fender

thingiverse

I found myself biking 5 miles round trip, 5 days a week, after moving off campus from college. Riding in rain, sleet, and snow became the norm living in the northeast U.S. However, my rear bike fender consistently got me soaked. I quickly designed this solution to clamp onto my bike below the seat and it works as intended. This fender was designed specifically for a Fuji Monterey 2.0 but will likely fit other models. Please note that the larger piece is ~13.5 inches tall, so this print is best suited for larger printers. This can be secured using a hose clamp or through the .25" holes. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .4 Infill: 25% Notes: More flexible plastics will likely hold up better to fatigue over time.
