This is a sleek handlebar phone mount designed specifically for a Samsung Galaxy J5 with a Silicon back cover protector fitted. Engineered to fit perfectly on my trusty Giant Road bike, it's easily adaptable to other bikes or phones thanks to the included Fusion 360 file. To ensure a precise fit, print the Clip (x2) and body flat. However, print the Catch part on its side using supports to take advantage of layer properties. This enables the part to flex instead of snapping when fitting the phone in place. Once assembled, secure the Catch part by pinning, gluing, or screwing it into position. Once securely attached to the bike, a single cable tie wrapped around the headstock and threaded through the slot in the body keeps the holder firmly in place.
