I created this adapter to enable me to utilize my road bike saddle featuring round rails by utilizing a seatpost clamp engineered for oval rails. This adapter accommodates 7mm rails and modifies them to fit a 7x9mm oval clamp. To install, position the open-section of the 'C' inward so that the clamp interacts with the plastic side, effectively engaging it.
