Bicycle Mount - Galaxy 6 w/ Otterbox Case

Designed for a Samsung Galaxy 6 with an Otterbox Defender case, this phone mount is attached to the center bar where the handlebars meet. Materials needed include 3D printed parts, Super Glue, hose clamps or zip ties (available at Lowe's in packs of ten). Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .200 Infill: 30% Notes: I use three shells for strong outer layers and set the infill to 30% based on my judgement. All parts are given a 20-minute acetone bath. Post-Printing Assembly: 1. Apply Super Glue liberally to the grooves and flat surface of the slot at the top edge of the Phone Cradle. 2. Insert the Paddle into the slot immediately after applying Super Glue. 3. Allow the glue to dry completely before proceeding. Installation: 1. Insert two 1/2-inch wide hose clamps (or zip ties) into the back slot. 2. Wrap the clamps (zip ties) around the center bar of the handlebars. 3. Feed the loose end of the clamp into the worm screw and tighten it securely, pulling tight to prevent unwanted rotation. I recommend applying two-sided tape to the back of the slot to prevent any unwanted rotation during use.
