I replaced my standard holder with a more secure one using bolts instead of a rubber ring to keep it in place. To do this, I needed two M3-sized bolts that are approximately 15mm long and matching nuts. I used knurled nuts melted into plastic for added grip. Before installing the new holder, I also reused the original bolt from the old holder to screw it securely into the metal part of my torch. Additionally, I applied the original rubber pad to reduce slippage. The wheel diameter should be around 23mm or as close to that value as possible. Printing with a 40% infill works extremely well for this design. I'm considering using a similar holding principle found in products like the Victagen Waterproof LED Torch, which is rechargeable and has a water-resistant design, available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Victagen-wasserdichte-Scheinwerfer-wiederaufladbare-LED-Taschenlampe/dp/B06Y5FVP2C/). Many other products with similar designs may also work. When printing this design, I recommend using v2 files for the fillet edges. The best print results are achieved by laying the model on its side without supports.
