I was asked to design a more traditional bicycle light bracket to replace the subpar rubber one that comes with the Lezyne Micro Drive 400xl bike light. Remove the existing rubber bracket from the Lezyne and utilize that existing allen key bolt to secure the top part of the bracket to the light. Next, insert two 5mm bolts and a pair of nuts into the hexagon slots, then clamp it firmly around any 1" handlebar.
