I recently acquired a new bicycle, and my outdated headlight mount failed to conform to the fatter handlebar in a manner that pleased me. So I rapidly created this one in Fusion 360. It's fabricated from PLA to maintain precise dimensions, but it can be easily produced in any high-strength plastic material. Examine the post-processing details for the hardware components I incorporated to ensure the mount remains secure.
