Bicycle Kickstand Foot

Bicycle Kickstand Foot

thingiverse

The kickstand foot on my bike has vanished, leaving behind a hollow rod of cast aluminum. This has resulted in the stand plunging into muddy ground and toppling over on sandy surfaces. The original kickstand foot resembled its replacement, but was crafted from black, hard rubber. It performed equally well. This substitute works just as efficiently. An attached file can be opened with Autodesk Fusion if you need to alter the diameter of the rod. The stripes at the bottom are designed to enhance grip, which they accomplish effectively. I secured mine to the aluminum rod (which I had cleaned beforehand) using epoxy.
