Bicycle Key Handle

I'm redesigning my bicycle lock to make it more durable. But the key's design was flawed from the start. The plastic handle on the key was made with brittle material that quickly cracked under stress, rendering the entire key useless long before the lock itself showed any signs of wear. A closer look at the key reveals a metal core sandwiched between two layers of plastic, held in place by bumps on either side. This design flaw allows for easy breakage, making it difficult to use the key even when the lock is still operational. I'm printing two identical copies of the key to ensure that I have a spare on hand, but ideally, I'd like to adjust the design to accommodate a beveled edge, which would make it easier to insert into the lock.
