This small plug is used to plug extra brake cable or shifter cable holes in your MTB, Road, or any bicycle frame. It has a tight fit by design to ensure it provides a decent seal and does not fall out. The small handle is used for removal via needle nose pliers or fingernail. If the fit is too tight, you can shorten the plug by cutting off the end or print at 90-95% scaling, depending on your frame design and tolerances. I have installed on a number of new carbon frames from Intense, Evil, and Ibis and the plugs work well all around. Enjoy!
