Bicycle helmet wall hook
youmagine
With this convenient clip you secure your bike helmet against the wall with the top facing towards you, simply lift your helmet off to hang it up in one smooth motion. The clip is specifically designed with the Bell Ukon helmet in mind but should work just as well with others that have a similar shaped hole at the crown. Take a look at the red marks on the image. The screw holes are 60 mm apart and are sized perfectly for 4 mm screws. This design should print easily using PLA without needing any rafts or supports. Adding a brim may be helpful to prevent warping. There's also some interesting background information about this clip in the Helmhaken folder of my github 3d printing repository. I've included the FreeCAD file so you can adjust the sizes, including the hook and screw holes, as needed. This is one of my earlier designs, and I've since learned a few more CAD tricks. Adjusting the size of the hook part isn't quite as simple as it could be, sorry for any inconvenience.
