This is my second Concept in the challenge: http://grabcad.com/challenges/bicycle-handlebar-tape-fixings This concept uses rubber wheels in the locking mechanism to hinder the endplug to fall of the handlebar. The locking dosnt require any tools, just twist the endplug until its stuck. Models made by me that i have used in the concept: Reference handlebar Allen screw with cylindrical head SexyBycycle Logo
