Bicycle Handlebar GoPro mount (twisted)
thingiverse
My handlebars are angled back slightly, allowing for a sleeker fit on my bike. I opted not to use GoPro combination parts as they could be easily removed by passersby. To deter theft, I used nylock nuts and hex drive screws, making it more difficult for someone to take them. This mount is designed to attach to the narrower part of the handlebar, providing a unique twist to keep my GoPro camera facing forward at all times. Its single-part design gives me a low-profile setup that would be challenging to achieve with multiple mounts. The main component was created using the customizer from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:62800), which enabled me to design a precise fit for my bike's handlebars.
