Bicycle Handlebar Extender
thingiverse
A simple extended mount for relocating my light above and ahead of the control cables so I don't get any irritating reflections when the light is on. Also handy for freeing up a bit of handlebar real estate or mounting your computer in a more visible location. In order to minimize weight while retaining strength in the stress areas, I printed mine with 10% infill for the main body, with blocks of 30% infill around the clamp and the root of the cylinder as seen in the picture. The walls are three lines thick. I printed the strap with solid 30% infill and three lines of wall thickness. This is made for road bars which are somewhere around 22-24mm in diameter. Required hardware is four 3mm socket-head bolts with nuts. I used bolts which were 16mm long.
