Replacement sleeve for my e-bike. The original ones disintegrated in my hands. Fabricated using NinjaFlex Blue filament. Update 10/30/15 Uploaded left-hand side which is somewhat shorter due to redesign requirements. Print Settings: Rafts: Never employed Supports: Essential, particularly around curved sections Resolution: Achieved with a precision of .2mm layer thickness Infill: Successfully implemented at 25% density to minimize weight while maintaining strength Key considerations: Printing NinjaFlex Blue often requires deliberately slowing down print speeds. Look for the left-hand side soon for additional documentation.
