This is a sturdy handlebar basket that securely attaches via elastic bands such as hair ties or rubber bands. The weight capacity of the basket varies greatly depending on the strength of the elastic bands used. A NinjaFlex rubber band is provided for those needing added support to hold heavier items, and I've personally carried up to 3.5 lbs (two 28 oz water bottles) with the NinjaFlex rubber band as the attachment. The basket's design consists of four separate pieces that are easy to print and can be colored separately. However, depending on the filament type and brand used, a little bit of super glue may be necessary to secure the pieces together once assembled. When fully assembled, the basket measures 211.63 mm x 123.93 mm x 163.85 mm. For optimal printing results, I recommend using a printer with dimensions of at least 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm. Print Settings: * The basket prints best at a layer height of 0.3 mm with a fill percentage between 15-20%. * The NinjaFlex rubber band requires a 0.3 layer height and a 100% fill for optimal results, but note that the rubber band design has only been tested using Ninjaflex filament. Assembly: 1. Attach Top01 and Top02 securely. 2. Connect Bottom01 and Bottom02 tightly. 3. Assemble the top section to the bottom section by applying super glue if needed to secure the parts in place.
