This is a mounting bracket for the Rubber clamp from @AntonTsybin. The new bike from my parents doesn't have mounting holes for a bottle holder, so they asked me if I can make something. I wanted something that was easy to install on the bike and without tools, and after finding the Rubber clamp from @AntonTsybin, I designed the mounting bracket. The diameter of the bike frame is roughly 37 mm (the pipe is a bit tapered). The mounting bracket has a hole and space for an M5 Hex nut so you can attach you want.I printed this with SainSmart TPU. The Idea behind this was that with TPU the frame doesn't get scratched and the TPU doesn't slip as much as PLA or PETG.
