Simple thing I needed to install flashlights on my bike. ~31mm handlebar thickness. Print 2 things, use zip ties to fasten it on handlebar. Use M4 bolt with nut to connect. M3 works too. No supports needed. Raft will be usefull. 5 perimeters or more to make print stronger.
