This gadget simplifies attaching a flashlight to your bike's handlebars, featuring a design that securely holds both the bar and light while accommodating multiple zip ties. The handlebar side measures 24 mm in diameter and requires a grippy material like rubber for optimal hold, while the flashlight side has a 20 mm diameter. Upper zip tie holes boast chamfers for easier bridging, although the gap is somewhat narrow. The included Solidworks file allows for customization of dimensions. Print with solid infill using fine layers for extra strength; ABS, Nylon, or PLA materials will suffice, with ABS and Nylon offering enhanced weather resistance. Printing took roughly 40 minutes on my RepRap with 0.2 mm layers.
