The Design Folds into 5 Identical Pieces, Making It Suitable for Printers That Produce Parts up to 5 Inches, Including the Printrbot Simple or My Kossel Air With a 6-Inch Diameter Bed. M6 Threads Are Included. Printing in Multiple Colors Brings Out the Details. No Supports Are Needed During Printing. This Chain Guard Was Printed with 0.2mm Layers, 3 Bottom / 5 Top Solid Layers, 4 Perimeters, and 30% Infill at PLA Temperatures of Approximately 200 Degrees. Use a Calibrated Extruder to Produce Accurate Threads, as Over-Extruding Can Cause the Nuts Not to Fit. For Optimal Results, Set the Minimum Layer Time to 12 Seconds to Allow for Single-Layer Cooling on the Threads.
