Bicycle carrier/backseat

The model here is that of an attachable, adjustable bicycle seat. This seat is portable,i.e. can be interchanged between different models. The design is modular, and can be broken down to 3 core components, each of which is easily printed, and easily replaced. The customization allowed in the design is one of it's major selling points. It also gives way to various attachments, by defining the DOF's of the carrier itself, such as a hands free umbrella. Stress and buckling simulations, run on the stress bearing parts, have provided acceptable results. The material used for core components has been PLA, a 3D printing material.
