This Bottle Mount Has Withstood at Least 20 Casual Rides, Each Exceeding 20 km. I Classify These as Casual since They Involved Riding on Roads at Approximately 25 km/h and on Flat but Rough Bike Paths at Less than 20 km/h. Designed to Utilize the Bicycle's Built-In Screws. Originally, This Design Was Created with the Dimensions of the Clean Bottle Original Bike Bottle in Mind, but I Successfully Adapted It to Fit a Coca Cola 710mm Plastic Bottle After I Accidentally Used it as an Alternative Due to Forgetting My Original Choice. A few iterations led to resolving the issue where the mount would Snap when Shoving in a Full Water Bottle or when Accidentally Hitting it with my Feet while Cycling. Only minor Maintenance, Involving Tightening of Screws During a 35 km Ride Coming Out of Winter, Was Necessary. Print Settings Include: Rafts: Does Not Matter Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: The Entire Design Is Optimized to Be Printed Without Supports and Everything Features Rounding Along with Some Print Aids Due to the Printer's Inclination to Bend Long Flat Pieces Which Led Me to Create This Around That Problem Instead of Attempting a Solution. Although Not Crucial, High Infill is Not Required Since Most Plastic Used Is Found in Walls Rather Than Within Filled Areas. PLA Material Was Chosen for Its Better Durability Under Stress Compared to ABS. Users May Wish to Adjust Ring Thickness in the Top and Bottom Ring Files to Create Something More Robust If Desired. Post-Printing, Follow These Assembly Instructions: 1.Remove Two 5mm Bottle Mounting Screws from the Bicycle 2.Confirm That the Screws Are Kept Track of 3.Pick Up the Stem Over a Pair of Screw Holes Ensuring the Lip Faces Downward 4.Slot One Ring Onto the Stem Aligning It with One Screw Hole and Then Secure it Using 5mm Screw 5.Repeat Step Four for the Other Ring 6.Ensure the Screws Are Tight 7.Test Mount Strength by Not Gently Inserting a Full Water Bottle
