We required a cap for a generator bike assembly to be designed, which would fit any standard axle seamlessly. To achieve this, we decided to print them vertically with the narrow end facing downwards for optimal fitment. I have included the SolidWorks 2016 part file so that you can easily modify it as needed to suit your specific requirements.
