Bicolor Remix and lid for 3D Printer Monitor for Octoprint ESP8266 NodeMCU

Update as of Feb 22 2020: I've added the cover (lid.stl) to the files, a crucial oversight that I'm relieved to correct. Sorry for the confusion. I stumbled upon an amazing remix from @wabbitguy that utilizes the NodeMCU Amica for the Octoprint monitor. Among my scattered displays, I found a bicolor version that caught my eye. However, due to the information it displays, mounting it requires a 180° rotation, which wasn't possible with the original design. So, I added a hole and removed some material from the mount to create space for SMT components. When working with a bicolor display, you'll need to carefully remove the glass display from its double-sided tape on the PCB. Then, gently move it up until the glass is flush with the upper edge of the PCB. This means you can only use the lower two screws to attach it, but that's perfectly fine. Also, make sure to use the opposite M3 screws when attaching the NodeMCU as shown in the pictures. In addition, I've added a snug-fitting no-screw cover for the back, leaving enough space to access Dupont jumper wires from one case to another to daisy-chain the modules. This setup works beautifully with two modules, even if only one is connected to USB - it's a great way to reduce cable clutter! Once again, thanks for the original design that I've included as-is in my openSCAD files, specifically the monitor case itself and the original mounts. Enjoy!
