BIBO2 Touch-Printing Head Front Bearings Support and Fan Blower Support

This upgrade for the BIBO2 Touch 3D printer simplifies and speeds up maintenance of the printing head by providing a support for the two front linear bearings and a 50mm diameter by 15mm thick 12VDC fan blower that snaps into place without screws. I can now mount or dismount the fan blower and fans in just 40 seconds for servicing or cleaning the extruders while the printer is on, fans running, and hot ends hot at working temperature. It allows full motion along three axes, clearing the front 8mm rod and avoiding crashes against LEDs. Additionally, I've replaced grub set screws M3x3 with hex socket head M3x6 for the heater block throat and M3x4 for the heater cartridge to prevent failure and getting stuck in place. You can also replace original M3 screws and plastic spacers that hold fans and motors with four M3x8 threaded brass spacers and four studs, 21 or 22mm long, made by yourself. To do this, take a M3x25mm screw, add several M3 nuts to protect the thread, hold it in a vice or with pliers, cut it to length with a Dremel power tool and ceramic cutting disc 0.5mm thick, file it to deburr, screw the studs into the motor, put the motor in position, use two M3x8 brass spacers as nuts, tighten them, then attach fans to spacers using two M3x12 hex socket head screws for each fan. This improves speed and ease of maintenance, allowing you to dismount or mount fans from motors while keeping motors and extruders in place. See pictures and videos.
