BIBO2 Card Guide Block
thingiverse
I once had a close call when I tried to insert an SD card into its slot, but instead of sliding in smoothly, I accidentally dropped it deep within the printer's innards. Luckily, I managed to avoid that mishap, but it was a harrowing experience nonetheless. This clever design fills the gap between the card slot and USB connector perfectly. I'm still unsure whether the positions of these components will remain consistent across different printers over time. The first iteration (1) of this product fits my Bibo 3D printer, which I received in August 2018. Two tiny bumps on the left side ensure a snug fit. If you need to remove it, needle-nose pliers are your best friend. Simply sand down these bumps or adjust the scale slightly if needed for an optimal fit.
