BIBO Touch E3D V6 Upgrade
thingiverse
I've been itching to remix this one for my BIBO Touch 3D printer, so I tweaked the original design to accommodate its narrower smooth rod spacing. To make it more manageable, I broke it down into two parts and added a fan shroud - it now uses a 50mm radial fan, but I'm still figuring out how to attach it securely other than with some glue. The design includes inserts for 3mm square nuts to lock in the E3D V6 hotend and fan shroud. This build requires a Bowden extruder, similar to this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1579394 Print settings: use PetG filament with .2 layer height. Add supports as needed.
