Bibo Printer Snap-in Front Fan Holder

This is a remix of memmop's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2639341. Thanks to Phil for the initial work! Unfortunately I couldn't get my printer to print 2 colors so I deleted the I and II from the front. UPDATE - Fan shroud version IIIa has a slot to route the lower fan's power cord through this mount to prevent it from getting compressed between the top of the shroud and the frame of the printer. I strongly recommend using that one. Background: I got tired of unscrewing the fans from the front of the Bibo extruder every time I had to do anything with the extruders. When it became a daily issue (I was having some non-related printing problems), I decided to make this thing. Now the fans simply pop off of the lower shroud and I have instant access to the extruders. Removing the extruders is simply loosening the two lower screws that fasten the heat sink to the carriage and unplugging the back fan and the 3 front fans and extruder assembly lifts out. It's a two-piece mount for all 3 fans that snaps into place on the lower shroud. The lower fan mounts on the front of this with the original metal grill. The two top fans mount behind the plastic printed grills so the original metal grills for those fans are now extra parts. I had to file and work the pieces together a few times to get them to operate smoothly, but it has a nice solid click into place and mine has never come out while printing, so the snap fit is fine. The lower shroud mounts on the 4 screws across the front of the printer carriage. Remove all of the pieces that are used to mount the fans, then mount this shroud across the front edge. Mount the fans to the upper piece and snap it into place. I've printed it in both PLA and PETG, both seem to work okay. I was just a little concerned about using PLA that close to the hot ends. The lower shroud is thin, I used 4 top and bottom layers and 100% infill. Print it with the side with the holes down and you need no supports. The top fan mount piece can be 40% infill, perhaps less. That should be printed with the front side down again to eliminate the need for any support. The actual prints pictures above were earlier prototypes that did not have the final grills on them, but are otherwise functionally identical.
