Clamps designed to prevent the glass bed from shifting during the printing process are attached securely. These clamps keep the heat bed and glass tightly together. To enhance stability, I removed one spring from each side on the front and added a #4S washer to the top of the spring. The stock washer is still used at the bottom. The "washer groves" inside blocks don't serve any purpose as they are located on the underside of the heatbed. Instead of filling them in, I chose not to bother. There's also room for adjustment in the depth of the heatbed grooves to eliminate yaw issues, but so far my prints have been stable and this hasn't become a problem. Added V2 of the front two clamps with a hole for an allen wrench that helps tighten down the clamps and nut securely. My clamps had loosened up slightly, causing a layer shift during printing. By tightening them down properly, I've prevented future issues. The back right clamp was also adjusted to prevent contact with the block when using the second extruder. 8 Feb 18 I highly recommend printing these clamps at high temperatures such as those required for ABS or PETG. My PLA prints warped significantly on the bottom, particularly after printing PETG at a heat bed temperature of 70. I believe this may have caused my clamps to loosen up over time, although it's also possible that sticking issues contributed to this problem.
